Good.
Good, I think regular use is making a difference. A bit annoying to assemble and disassemble every use, but I am forced to since I live in a tiny apartment

Deep Relaxation Every Session
I use the LumaLux Dome regularly, and it helps my whole body relax every single time. It feels calming and soothing, and I always notice less tension after each session. It’s become one of my favorite ways to unwind.

Jury is still out on effectiveness, but IR works and Customer Service is impressively responsive!
Dang, she pretty! The dome- not me, not yet, anyway, I just started the therapy ;) I don't know why more people don't get Domes instead of masks: this thing is so versatile for face, décolletage, hands, knees, thighs, feet- you name it! I did reach out to customer service to ask about the scalp, and they can't boast it as effective for that area, so I did my research and also got the Currentbody helmet. I have only one complaint for which I have been looking for answers high and low (AI, of course, and from Project E customer service who has been most responsive): when is the infrared active? There is zero indication of this on the device! They totally missed an opportunity here. Each time the IR button is pressed, it does the same darn thing: flashes then holds steady... when it is on, when it is turned off, each, and every time it is pressed. Not exactly useful. (A circle around the IR letters to indicate when it's active would make so much more sense. Maybe they can upgrade this on future orders.) Anyway- I figured it out, so read on if you, too, are confused as to when it is on: Upon plugging in the dome, the unit is off and the power button is the only illumination on the panel. When powering on, the unit is in "standby" without any color LED (or infrared) active. In standby is where the IR setting is most apparent. Press the IR button. It will flash a few times then remain on steady. From under the dome, subtle red lights turn on and the IR is visible with a front-facing selfie camera on a smart phone as the lights clearly emitting a pink glow. This pink glow is most noticeable in low lit surroundings. Once on, the IR remains on until either the unit is powered off or the IR button is pressed again. To confirm this, cycle through all 7 color light therapy modes (red, blue, green, orange, yellow, purple, white) back to standby; observe if the subtle red bulbs or pink glow are still active (they should be). With the IR having only been pressed a single time, to check it is on in any color therapy mode, switch modes to your color wavelength of choice. Press the IR button again, and observe the lights: they will brighten when IR is off (the LED bulbs for IR switch from emitting IR to color thus brightening overall color) and dim when IR is turned back on (LED bulbs switch from emitting visible color light to invisible IR). When dimmed, the combination color and IR therapy is active. The IR can be turned on and off at any point in standby or in color therapy modes. *The camera on the backside of a phone (opposite the screen) may have an infrared filter. The front or screen-side camera (for taking a "selfie") will not. Obliviously, don't spend time staring at these bulbs. I assume Project E supplies zero-transmission goggles with this dome for good reason. 😎 👍🏻 Happy wrinkle-reducing!
