The edging is flat and the stitching is so straight. Communication: After I chose the wrong charm, they swapped it easily. They sent progress photography at every stage, showing design and charm placements. All concerns were addressed instantly. Delivery: Despite ordering during Nyepi and Eid holidays, they made this from scratch and delivered it fast. As a picky buyer, I was shocked once finished shipping took only 3 days. Overall: 10/10.
