I had the cheapest food saver available and decided I needed an upgrade and I absolutely love all the different options that it provides.

Overall I am very pleased with this machine. However, it does take quite a bit of pressure to close the lid, and at times I wish I had a 3rd hand to hold the bag in place while locking the lid. I am keeping the manual right by it as this operates totally different than my previous sealer, and I'm still learning which buttons to push. I love the ability to seal mylar bags - that is what sold me on this purchase.
