Perfect travel/day-to-day bag

This is a really comfortable and ergonomic backpack. The material is high-quality, and the opening is reinforced so it's easy to prop it open for packing. The pockets are spacious, including the side pockets for water bottles (surprisingly very stretchy, it easily accomodates my Contigo). Lots of safety features that I haven't had to use yet but they're reassuring. Fits my 16 inch Macbook Pro with ease and makes it feel light on my back, even with lots of books in there as well. Perfect for travel and day-to-day use. It's also aesthetically pleasing. The Serenity Blue is gorgeous.

Good knapsack for travel

It's a decent size so I could easily carry my rain shell & a compact umbrella & some snacks & still have room. Can carry up to 2 water bottles. My only complaint is that the zipper is hard to close when it's fully open. I'm sure it's for more security or structure but the zipper sticks. I'd also prefer a way into the back from the back (like the smaller version has). The straps are great & it's easy to carry, even when fully loaded. But chest strap would also be good. It worked great on the plane as my personal item as well.

I recently had a chance to use my new Citysafe backpack on a trip. It is the most organized and confident I have ever felt while travelling internationally. The security features are why I bought this backpack, the organizational features are great, the and the luggage sleeve is the cherry on top.
