It's silent even at higher speeds. The blades are gorgeous & the controls are effortless.

"Interesting" Install

Once running, the fan is great. However, it took almost a month to install the fan. The motor and housing rubbed when I first turned the fan on. I though the metal can around the motor was out of tolerance, but the manufacturer thought I had a defective motor, A replacement motor did not fix the issue, and we went back and forth for a week trying to determine what was wrong. After I threatened to return the fan, a new motor and metal can was sent. The problem was the metal can around the fan.
