I had to make 2 returns on my order (one my mistake and one item too big). Customer service was great. Very sensible and very helpful. Had to communicate all on line rather than speaking with someone, which concerned me because it was a bit complicated. But no need to have worried, every thing was resolved brilliantly and in good time. Would buy again with confidence.

Good quality but a bit of restriction getting things in and out since the zip opening is smaller than the full width of the bags
