Pigment Palette Orbit

Product arrived covered in in its own liquids due to improper sealing and packaging. I strongly suspect I was sent prodicts that had been previously opened or even used. It leaked through the box, leaked all over the other products, i actually had to put on gloves and clean each i dividial peoce and inspect it for damage/ contamination before I could even try them, or put them away without staining my counters and cabinets! To add insult to injury, the company seemed to believe this was all acceptablesince managed to salvage most of the product. I dont know about you, but I think when a company drpps the ball, FIRST they make it right, and THEN they make it up to you! This was my FIRST and likely LAST time supporting this company, they have plenty of legitimate competition in the cosmetics space, and I will encourage my friends within the cosmetic and beauty fields not to use them. As they say, its not just makeup, its a whole vibe. Just not a very good one.

It's not as saturated as portrayed in the ad; maybe that was for the other palette? These shadows are very subtle and fine. Shipping is super fast.
