When we have to use a rug, then I love this rug because it is so light! I hate how some rugs are really heavy, especially when wet...this can really affect aged horses and ponies as well as creating a situation where any horse, however fit, is having to carry something heavy around all day. I also love the air ventilation, allowing the horses and ponies who either run hot, or find temperature regulation difficult, to stay cool. Great work LE team!

Love the Hybrid Mack. It’s the ideal rug for our warm winter yet having rainy days. And especially for my mare who runs warm the mesh sides help to keep her cool on the warm days whilst the fleece under the water proofing keeps her warm. I think she likes it too as the rainsheet can be a little warm during the daytime. It’s a little snugger fitting than the rainsheet as she has a big chest/ neck but the Boxter pleat allows her shoulders room to move so overall am very happy with it. And it’s lasted 2 weeks without any tears. ☺️. She must like it. Thanks LE. A great rug for autumn winter and spring. Very versatile. My friend saw it and bought one this week as well for her chunky mare. :)

Love this rug. Its been on my wish list since last winter so I was excited to finally be ordering one. Fits beautifully and its nice and light in weight. It doesn’t get overly cold were i am but i need something to keep sandflies off and be water proof as we get heaps of heavy fog most nights. Added bonus of not having leg straps as she hates them. I will be buying another one when i can for my gelding.
