Seems easy to use, but operator error has prevented me from getting results.

You should have waited to ask for a review. I tried twice to get it to work without success. I have 18 more tries. I believe the problem is an operator error. It was very easy to use, and I believe it will give me the information I am looking for. I just need to try again another day.

Machine works but sampling blood is difficult.

So, the device works well and I received values from the testing I was expecting. However, the sampling method for your blood was difficult and it took three tests and five test strips to get a good sample. It was very difficult on my own as the sampler was ineffective. My wife is an RN and was able to help me get a sufficient sample and we dropped it directly onto the test strip. It's good to have a home device and perhaps others will have more success with the sampling technique.

Seems to work well. Easy to use.
