Ordered a beginner pick set with practice locks. There was a small issue with one product. Customer service responded same day and not only replaced the piece but also threw in some freebies as compensation. Everything was professional and fast.

They're definitely a quality tool. My only drawback is I recommend using a sleeve on your pick if you're going to be practicing for a period of time

Seems to work

Glad I bought the training lock, too. The kit feels sturdy. The hooks haven’t bent. All that’s left to do now is practice.
