HERMÈS Eyeglasses H8021

This seller is the worst seller I've ever come across..first I ordered sunglasses from them and what I ordered , they sent me a wrong sunglasses and when I confronted them about mistakenly sending me a wrong merchandise, they asked me to send a picture of the sunglasses and also the order number which I did immediately and I never heard from them till yesterday....asking me to pay for the mailing cost...Secondly, I ordered the sunglasses on August 13th 2026 and they said I will receive it by the 25th of August...I received the order on the 7th of September....that's not the main issue iam talking about... the main issue is why they sent me a wrong sunglasses which I didn't order...Very bad services!!
