Banig Pendant

It's a pretty pendant, but the top broke, and I've tried to contact the company and no response...

I love the design concept! It’s so pretty. I’m wondering if the loop at the top of the pendant that connects to the oval loop is too small because when I hold the pendant from the oval loop it gets stuck and doesn’t hang properly. I also feel like if I try to adjust it too much that the connection might break.
