Great Customer Service, but Some Concerns With the Refurbished Phone

I originally purchased a refurbished iPhone 16e that unfortunately had major software issues. It was basically stuck/glitched and would not properly update or allow us to finish setting it up, even after trying multiple troubleshooting steps. I contacted the store and they did work with me and exchanged the phone for another iPhone 16e a few days later. I really appreciate that they were willing to make the situation right. The replacement phone is working properly, and we were able to get it completely set up and transfer everything over without any issues. My only concern with the replacement is that the display has apparently been replaced with a non-Apple or unverified part, so the phone shows a message that it is unable to verify the display as a genuine Apple part. I would have preferred to know about that before purchasing/accepting the phone. I did not use their website where this is stated, I found the listing for the phone on facebook marketplace. Overall, I appreciate that they stood behind the purchase and replaced the original defective phone. The second phone is working well so far, but I do think customers should be informed ahead of time when refurbished phones contain replacement parts that cannot be verified by Apple.
