Necklace Chain

The product was not to my liking and it was also the wrong size. I contacted customer service and requested a return label to send the product back and get a full refund. In response, they offered to let me exchange the necklace at a discount, or keep the necklace and pick something else with a substantial discount. My multiple follow-up requests are consistently being ignored
