Cumin and Cilantro Dressing

I am not sure where I saw my first packet of Ole Mole. But the second I saw it and read the ingredients, I knew I had to try it. One of the best food decisions I have ever made! My friend's mom is Mexican and she used to make the most amazing Mole. She passed away before I could get the recipe, which is a loss to the world. But Ole Mole is so authentic, I feel I am eating her chicken mole! And as if that weren't enough, I noticed on the back of the spice packet another use for the spices, adding apricot jam and OJ to the recipe. Holy guacamole! It was divine!! My mouth is starting to water just thinking about it. Thank you Maya Tea COmpany for adding such amazing flavors to my pantry and expanding my repertoire of delicious foods to serve my friends and family!
