Not cat safe regarding the bell and non quick release clasp so I had to put in elbow grease and used my mind to engineer it towards perfection. That being said I wish I didn't have to do all that.

Far too small for the average cats neck even fully extended. Doesn't fit on either of my cats or my wife's and they're all at healthy weights. There is also no safety breakaway buckle, this is just an XS dog collar being sold as a cat collar.

Not a cat collar, this is a dog collar. NO SAFETY BREAK OFF. Also XS is quite large on my cat 12lb
