Greens + Superfoods

I wasn’t expecting to like this so much.

I’ve had a number of green drinks in the past. I have always enjoyed adding wheatgrass to my fresh orange juice, but it’s not convenient when traveling or in a rush. While I will say getting this powder perfectly into a bottle of water is challenging, I now have a reason to go for one of the shaker cups. I bought the multi-flavor pack. I love all of the flavors which makes me less annoyed that the guava flavor is sold out. Also, I love that I can pay with my HSA card. This is so helpful as subscriptions can add up. I will definitely subscribe this next time around, as this is now a part of my daily routine.

These are so delicious.. I feel less bloated and more energized throughout the day when I consistently take them!

Peach Mango Greens

Picked up a 14-day pack at Pinners, St George. I sampled all the flavors & definitely liked Peach Mango the most. I have a glass in the morning after my coffee & consider it an easy way to get in some veggies & fiber at the start of the day. Finding it to be a nice supplement to add to meals/whole foods but will not use as a substitute for eating real food.
