I placed an order on line but then saw another item I was interested in that wasn’t on the website. I reached out to Cariissima on IG and received and immediate response and was able to order a custom handbag chain and she was able to add it and ship it to my existing order. Not only was she super responsive, she was extremely pleasant and very professional. And, to top it off I received my order a week or so later. Highly recommend this business.
