Best mug ever. The inside is ceramic, not steel or plastic, so you don't get any micro plastics leaching into your drink, and you also don't get that tinny metallic taste that you do from mugs that have metal interiors. With the ceramic coating you just get the true pure taste of your drink. I also love the splash guard insert. I can have the mug in my cupholder in my car without the lid on, and just the splash guard in place and I can go over bumps and my drink does not spill. Also the holes in the splash guard are just the right size to keep your drink from cooling off too quickly, but also allowing it to cool a little so it doesn't stay burning hot for the entire day. It's the perfect mix. The shape and size is pleasing, it fits nicely in most cupholders and the outside finish is a durable powder-coated texture, not slippery but also not too grippy. The only downside is that it is hard to clean staining off of the inside ceramic, so as long as you're ok with it getting discolored over time, then it's all good. This is definitely the best mug I've ever owned. I keep recommending them to everyone I know.
