Extremely disappointed experience. Missing items.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I placed an order over two weeks ago and still have not received everything I paid for. When the first shipment finally arrived, most of the items were missing. I’ve had to contact customer service multiple times, and each time it seems like only part of the problem gets resolved while new issues arise. For an order over $500, I expected much better communication, accuracy, and customer service. The delays, missing items, and repeated follow-ups have been extremely disappointing. I would not order from this company again based on this experience.
