Having visual impairment, it’s been a long time since I enjoyed a jigsaw, I faced reality and bought a Big 500. Delivered promptly in excellent condition, and I’m really really having fun once again, thank you.

Hi, I bought this for a relative. I know that they received it, but not sure yet how they found doing it. However.. I accidently mixed up the mailing and billing address when ordering. I emailed you and someone from your company sorted this out for me at once. Also it seems to have been delivered very promptly.. So all in all 5 stars.. I will be interested to hear how easy it was to do as the lady who received it has poor eyesight.. She did say that the picture looked lovely.. So here's hoping.. Thanks for great service so far.. Kit
