Doesnt work. Had 4 racoons standing in the strobe light like they were at a rave. Filling up on birdseed.

It doesn't work. I wantched the Raccoons just walk right past these things and do ehat I want them to stop doing. These things are a complete rip-off and I want my money back. $200 to watch them fail? I don't think so. Refund please!!
