In the first few days of using this, it always make me feel full and i dont really eat alot.

I passed motion much frequent now which is very good for me as I used to very difficult to do so. I am not sure if it is because of fasting month that also contribute to my weight lost, but yes, I shred about 3kg after consuming this for about 4 months.
