Jazz Fest 2026

Frame was damaged/broken upon arrival- it took 5 months to arrive. So I asked the company for a partial refund so I could have it re-framed locally. This was their response: In order to issue a replacement we will need the following photos to be taken of the shipment and all of the packaging received with it then shared with us to file a claim with the carrier. 1. Close-up of all damage to product & packaging. 2. Full view of front of product. 3. Close up of the entire shipping label on outside of shipments packaging. 4. Full view of outer shipment packaging. 5. Photo of all inner packaging removed. 6. Photo of product inside opened packaging with it repackaged as it was when it arrived to the best of your ability. Please retain the shipment in this packaged state in case it needs to be returned to us via a prepaid shipping label. Thanks I had already put the cardboard box in trash prior to taking the inner packaging off the next day. I really was only looking for 10% off.

Beautiful poster and rhe embellishments are delightful. It arrived safely packed un a sturday box with lots of bubble wrap. We sr are excited to add this to our collection.
