Wellness brand is the best of the three that I have tried. I follow Gary Brecka and I thought I ordered his brand the first time H2 but I ordered these thinking it was those. Then after trying them for a while I tried to cymbiotica and then I did try the brand H2 and neither one dissolves is good or completely full the other two leave a wee little peace and they take way longer to dissolve the wellness brand definitely is the better of the three and I put it in with my Baja gold mineral salt in the morning and I have noticed but I have definitely been feeling much better.
