Nepal Silver Needle White

I'm sure many people will like it better than I do. I don't know how to describe what I don't like about it. . . has a flat flavor, maybe more astringent than I like?

Solid White Tea

I brewed 7 g of this tea in a 100 ml gaiwan and started with a 10 second infusion and added +10 seconds to it each time at 185 F. The flavor evolved quite nicely as I continued to steep it. It was very reminiscent of bai mu dan.
