Gateway Arch Lamp

Arrived today, was in a box with nothing to protect it while shipping, not even wadded up newspaper. If someone had stepped on the box, it would have easily broken. The base of one of the legs was detached upon arrival, the edges of the arch look like they're peeling off in some areas. The wiring looks shoddy. Disappointed.

Not very polished, clean, and professional looking. I would say this is not worth the price i paid for. Rough edges, you need a USB power brick, and not really the color i was expecting such as the Arch is a silver stainless steel look (which is what the studio pictures advertise). Overall it took 7 weeks to receive, minimal communication, and i’m not happy with the price i had paid. First i was told 3 weeks, then i was told they could add lights, and ship my order right away, which somehow turned into another delay with 3D printers not working. Very disappointing, seems like it was more about making money (a quick buck) rather than delivering a quality valuable product to the consumer. I would go as far on a limb and say i felt robbed. Just felt like no love or care was put in. I would have even been more patient if i knew i was getting a quality product.

Proportions of Arch are way off. The real gateway arch is as wide as it is tall. This lamp is off by inches at the base. Makes it look like some cheap arch by someone who has never seen it in real life or done any research. 630 ft tall by 630 ft wide. Its an embarrassment.
