Perfect for concerts. The other filters are often reducing the sound too much (15-20db) and this is one of the rare products on the market with 10db filter without the need for doing expensive custom made ear plugs.
It comes with different plug sizes as well, so at least one of them should fit your ears.
I'm wearing them almost on every concert and it does not only is good for your ear health, especially in larger locations it improves the sound quality too.
