Very carefully packaged, really lovely and comfortable, the leather is so soft and the size guide was helpful! Roomy on my wider feet which is exactly what I was hoping for! My order did have a slight issue but Mary was super responsive, helpful, and understanding and addressed my concerns right away! Once again, really happy with my purchase and experience <3
