Very good 45degree flip ups for the money, but from where?

I won't lie, I really like these sights. They have a little heft to them but they mount tight and lay pretty flat. Dialing them in was easy and they hold zero no problem. I emailed mentium USA to find out where these are manufactured a month ago and have not received a response. Unlikely made in USA, but still solid functional sights for the money.
