Fire Weasel and leash PRO DIY KIT!!

The cable you plug in to it inside was switched we had to take the smaller pieces of cables out of the connector and than switch them around then the gps started working it came with the cable switched polarities. I tried to contact them about the battery link because the battery link does not work they did not respond . I tried the other way use the email they provided on the site if it does not work also! There was no way to contact them at all! I have bought other cybersecurity devices AND NEVER HAD THESE PROBLEMS EVER!!! Once we got all that done and put together it works great but if you want customer service THERE IS NONE!
