Thank you so much! I've been searching far and wide for the this Jellycat so I'm over joyed when I came across your website. I feel that the reviews are a little harsh when it comes to the delivery. I feel that people are becoming to impatient and they expect everything now. I will definitely be ordering again! Thank you so much Tiny Muffin !

The time that it took was the main reason for the 3 stars. Its soooo fustrating having to wait over the estimated time frame, this has happened both times that I've ordered from MTM. The prices are great and the product is genuine. I just feel that the shipping expectations need to be updated if this happens more than once to customers.

Product is fine, my daughter loved it. The delivery took two weeks which again not really a problem but the communication about the delivery was confusing. I was never sure where it was or when it was due to arrive. Delivery timescales altered and as I say communication wasn't very clear.
