Jolie Short Dress | Lilac

It’s a beautiful dress for sure ! But unfortunately I feel the sizing to be inaccurate. I ordered a 12 after measuring myself and the everything fit perfectly aside from the back/chest at the very top. I am unable to do the two top buttons up, leaving the dress not looking as it should. Very unfortunate
