Actually 4.5 Adjustments are Tricky
I’d rate this a 4.5 out of 5. I have an Onyx 25 sewing machine, and the laser mounts on the left front panel. It does take a bit of time to get used to using the laser, and I’m still learning, but overall it’s been a positive experience.
I did need to call customer service for help with mounting, and they were extremely responsive. They answered my questions and even sent a photo that made the process much easier.
Based on their customer service alone, I’d absolutely purchase a second unit.
