Wrong color first time then no delivery second purchase

I have not heard back after numerous emails but the first order I got was wrong color and they ordered again and it never showed up. I actually like the shirt which is why I was willing to pay for the other color but I have not heard back from support and I’m disappointed of missing delivery.
