Fabulous customer service!

I never received this order. The order was a preorder and the company stated it would be sent out mid July. The tracking number indicates that USPS is still waiting on the item from the seller to be shipped out. I reached out to the seller and they stated it would arrive the next week and it never did. I then, messaged them on numerous platforms and received no response. I was really excited for this item but I guess I lost my money. Not very good customer service.
