Ateco Cake Cutter & Leveler - 2995

I was excited to use it, only I wanted to adjust the cutting blade and had a hard time stretching it to put it back on. I didn’t see instructions. I was able to use one blade to cut a cake and was pleased with how it cut it Smoothly. Any suggestions how to put the blade back on,let me know.

makes things level. Honestly, think a serrated knife would've been better. The blades aren't sharp, which is good for safety, but if your cake forms a crust on the outside, it's hard to start and end cutting, and the cake ends up tearing. Going through the soft center part of the cake is a breeze though. Quite large and takes up space, unfortunately can't return this so I'll make good use, but honestly it's just a little flimsy and its performance doesn't justify the amount of space it takes up.
