The packaging was amazing also the material was so soft and loved how you could wrap around your belly and back. Followed all the instructions including my partner learnt as well but its been 12 days without it, as it got burnt inside the microwave, even though we followed the steps, it might be because I constantly use it all the time sol we are not sure why it happened. Love to try again just can't at the moment so I'll have to retreat to my old beanbags

The best winter delight!
We love our Kosi items!!
Every night we heat them all up and snuggle on the couch with them velcroed to us.
I actually need to purchase more as the kids fight over which ones they want

Great shape and super cosy
Love my shoulder & neck Kosi, such great coverage and super soft and comforting for my aching neck & upper back. The lupin smells subtle and soothing too. I can highly recommend this heat pack.
