Great Safe for the money - even better support

This is a big, heavy safe. We needed a larger one for some silver and jewelry. It’s big enough to put our smaller fire-resistant safe inside it for documents. Now it weighs well over 350 lbs and bolted to basement slab. It will take 3 guys, tools and at least an hour to move it. The electronic lock comes with insufficient instructions to reset the default code, the code sent with the lock and the encryption key. Fortunately a call to Safe and Vault Store worked. I was able to reach a live agent. She didn’t have the answers but took my info and said she’d get a tech to call back. To my surprise I got call back, missed it, went through the process again and was forwarded to tech support person who walked me through the whole process, resetting the lock after verification of my identity. I have rarely received such great customer service for an online purchase. This dealer gets my highest marks for after sale support.
