Fall Edit: A Sundown Affair - Light Expression

Fruitier than other blends so far

The Fall expression is much fruitier than the summer blend -especially as pour over. We also tried this blend as aero press and french press which both brought out the more chocolatey/caramel notes. Definitely need a low temp for this blend too (93-95 C.) Took a while to dial in, but was very good once I found it!

What a lovely blend with the Ethiopia Sidamo Bombe, whose own light expression is one of my favorites. There’s a different crispness to the fruit notes with this blend that the light roast captures very nicely.
