Having prwviously had the 3, this is a huge upgrade, the size is perfect, looks just like a normal ring, and tracks everything so well. Incredible.

Love my Oura 5 ring, not only due to the more jewellery like look but it is also less bulky so now don't have to remove when washing as I did with previous Oura 4 as it hurt against my skin! Better data collection as seems to fit more snug in the same size as my Oura 4 did so when my hands are cold and its a bit looser its not reducing the data collection as the 4 did. So glad I made this purchase.
