It was quite straightforward to set up the bed. All the protective packaging, including cardboard and plastic, was carefully removed. The old sofa was also removed efficiently, allowing for its proper recycling. We received clear instructions on how to use the product and how to address any stains. The delivery personnel, Gregg and Sam, were both efficient and courteous. Communication regarding the delivery and estimated time of arrival was excellent. I have rated this experience four stars because I received a phone call requesting payment for the removal of the old sofa, which I had understood to be a complimentary service. I must commend Adrian for not disputing this point when I brought it to his attention. It is a minor disappointment that this query arose. I sincerely hope the product will provide long-lasting satisfaction.
