Cutting Knife - 7" (Cherry Wood)

Perfect and functional knife for my 3.5 year old to use - he can cut pears, apples, carrots and celery, and likely so many other foods we have not tried yet!

I purchased the baking supply kit for my daughter for her fifth birthday since she loves baking with me. She only just received it today but is very excited to "cook all by herself". Would love to see a Wondergarten cookbook!

This is a great tool for little hands! Just the right size, sharp enough to cut apples and cheese, but dull enough to not cut fingers. I definitely recommend putting a beeswax finish on it to help protect it (it is wood, after all!). I made a simple polish with olive oil and beeswax, which has done the job.
