eluzo surprised me and let me keep the wrong-sized rings I ordered as a courtesy, and today I got the right ones; they fit pretty decently, and the gesture was enough to make me happy. pretty solid

needed a smaller size. it's an error on my part but still, i waited a while for this and will have to wait even longer to get them exchanged (IF they even respond to my emails)

It was larger than expected, they very clearly cut it out of a block of stainless steel, took a long time and tracking it was a bit of a pain and the size was one size too large and the box it came in says it was one size smaller than i had ordered but in reality it was a size too large? Overall you get the product but not a very smooth or frictionless process, however very nice polish and the box included was nice as well! Edit: Their support email doesnt work; dropped it one star
