Very disappointing experience. I initially provided the wrong delivery address, but after realizing the mistake, I contacted the company and was assured the address would be updated. Unfortunately, the order was still delivered to the incorrect address.
I reached out again and received an apology, but no resolution. I asked if the order could be resent to the correct address, and after that, communication stopped entirely. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-through and customer service.
