2 x Chocolate Bundle

One of the best matcha and hojicha chocolates I've ever had 👍 first tried this at the little food market since they had samples, but liked it so much i bought them both (with some hojicha powder as well) and repurchased a few weeks down the track. Texture is very creamy and matcha/hojicha flavours are on the stronger side, so very good for those who are familiar with the teas and/or like stronger flavours. I've been looking for something of this calibre for a long time and finally found it outside of Japan!! So was super excited. One thing to note about the matcha choc is that it can vary in taste slightly (if your taste buds are sensitive) due to the matcha powder itself, so it could have a slightly more refreshing or floral after-taste for example, and that could be to do with how it's grown, the weather and time of the year or simply a different approach to making it. By the time you read this review, 60% of my big GFS purchase of JUST matcha chocolate is all - GONE. As soon as it was delivered, I ripped open the 1st pack & ate it all in 10-15mins (to my defence, it was a hot day in Melb, I was 'rescuing it' from the heat - in my tummy haha.) as this is the BEST matcha chocolate I've had in Australia - rich-tasting matcha, doesn't taste like 'white chocolate with green food dye added' like most do, smooth, addictive & most of all delish. It's a little thinner in width than what I expected (looking at past IG posts, I thought it looked more choc-blocky?). It's a great alternative when it's too hot for a matcha latte, run out of ice so you can't make an iced matcha latte, have a chocolate craving but doubly have a matcha craving (..we've all been there). 2x choc bundle is great value, especially if there's no limit & you can order as much as you want. I kinda laughed when the package said 'Best Before 1 Dec 2026' .. hehe, it's a week before Xmas & it'll be lucky there'll be any left before the new year :D
