Fun workouts!

The accessories give a variety of different challenging workout motions and actions targeting different muscle groups...all within the framework of the functional exercises you get with Total Gym. Since I'm rehabilitating a broken wrist, functional exercises are excellent...and yeah, I'll probably be rehabilitating that wrist 'til the end of time!
