The packaging was stunning and felt like I was opening a much deserved present!! My glasses are so cute and very well made and I love the cases. My order came the very next week, much faster than expected. Will definitely buy from here again

Sunglasses are beautiful and love the packaging. Unfortunately the delivery took ages and I wasn’t able to offer second paid to my sister in law as we were meeting on holidays abroad. That was a bit disappointing because they were delivered one day after my departure.

Iris reached out. That’s quite some customer experience. Even though there’s nothing wrong with the glasses but how it did not meet my expectations. But def 5/5 for customer service.
The frame shown in pictures looks much bolder and thicker. It’s not flimsy thin but also not as bold/thick as it looks in the pictures. Are these bad - No. Am I satisfied with the look and build - Partly. Am I satisfied with the customer experience- A big yes.
