I returned this ponytail because the color was not right. I spent a lot of time on the phone with a customer service representative trying to find the right color even using a piece I currently own and that she had in front of her as a reference for color. The return was a giant hassle. I never did get all my money back that was owed to me. It was a complicated scenario because I had ordered something else which I then returned because of the wrong color before ordering this one. In any event I will not be ordering from this company again because I have not been able to find a successful product. And the customer service was not able to handle my situation very well.

Horrible

Very disappointed after spending almost $200 on a ponytail. I wore it 2 times and the velcro stopped sticking. For that amount of money I should not be having these issues. I'd love for you to take this back and refund my money. Very dissatisfied and I paid the extra money to get a better product

Nice hair piece!

I do love this hair piece! Although I do wish it was slightly thicker and that the comb was a bit more durable. I have not had it for very long and it seems like one of the prongs is weakening. But it looks great and I love wearing it!
