Dual-Ply Elbow Sleeves

Sizing seems to be pretty accurate. I ended up sizing up one size to accommodate for bicep and forearm size. I’d probably need help getting them If I went with measured size. Quality seems to be pretty good after only a few uses. The last dual ply sleeves from another company lasted me a couple years. I use them for bench press , press and back squats. If I get two-three years out of the these that would be great. I weight 270 lbs and am 6’1

Amazing support, I'm between sizes so got both. One for all round lifting and a tighter pair for when I need that bit more support. As with most Cerberus gear the quality is second to non and also affordable.

Great support on my elbow joints, tigh fit but still functional. Doesn't cut off cir elation during breaking in. Just the right amount of pop during lifts and comfortable. I can leave them on in-between sets. Overall great ppe
